Onboarding steps for project success
Whether constructing a new longitudinal assessment or converting an assessment to the longitudinal format, our team understands that not every program is alike.
Whether constructing a new longitudinal assessment or converting an assessment to the longitudinal format, our team understands that not every program is alike.
Upon engagement, our team meets with you to completely define the project. We want to make sure that your needs are understood, and the requirements and success metrics are clearly documented. We will discuss program and assessment designs, configuration options, and plan for user engagement. The result of this discussion is a detailed project plan to guide our work together.
Our implementation team will set up the client platform, import your content, and configure your assessment. Then together with your representatives and subject matter experts (SMEs) we will conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles until the system works as envisioned.
Pilot testing is an optional component for new longitudinal assessment programs. Pilot testing of your assessment is conducted with users in real-world scenarios to get firsthand experience of performance and the operational needs of the program. Feedback from this process is valuable to make any necessary changes or improvements before the assessment is released.
After platform testing and any necessary pilot testing, we will fully implement the new program. Our team will work with you to add new content, adjust communications and user support strategies, and incorporate new program features when appropriate.
Let’s talk about creating a solution for your assessment program.
